In this learning tool produced by the Pop Culture Collaborative, we go deep into the story of how Color of Change, the nation’s largest online racial justice organization, drives culture and narrative change through partnering with Hollywood insiders to improve representation of Black people in media. Recognizing that television plays a profound role in shaping American culture, and acknowledging its undeniable effect on public perception and social behaviors, Color Of Change is leading efforts to remove harmful stories and stereotypes that affect Black people and communities.
